I have received a label to stick on a pair of faulty shoes. They send it via-email.

I Brought it up and Control+p (which is my printing) but nothing is moving. Can I try anything else

I'm assuming that the label is in the form of a PDF file.

Don't open the file directly from your email. Instead, save it to your hard drive (e.g. to 'My Documents'). Then double-click on the file to open it in your PDF viewer (e.g. Adobe Reader or whatever). You should then be able to print it via File>Print (or Ctrl-P).
