Bt Broadband 'closed Fault'?
7 Answers
Just checking my SIL's line for them and it says there's a 'closed fault'. I've tried googling this to no avail. Anybody any ideas?

If you are having a problem still, I suggest you call the faults on 0800 800 151 or 0330 123 4151 from a mobile and confirm with them the fault is now fixed, they can then close the job off - or open a new one.
I had this with an BT Email problem last month, where it said that the problem was closed and therefore resolved....it wasn't.
So I reported it again and within 48 hours a very nice and helpful man rang from India and sorted it out in about 10 mins.
Handsome is as handsome does as far as I am concerned. I have criticised BT in the past but they sorted out my problem very well.
