This Was The Worst Possible Night...

...to go out for a meal at a waterside restaurant.
It was blowing a gale and the only access road was flooded...cabs weren't coming our way,and it looked like we might get stranded. :-((

Luckily one member of our group had brought her car....so risked taking the ladies, and the men walked.
So glad to be in the warm now.
Hope everyone is dry tonight.

I'm in Plymouth. This was predicted...worse when you're in it.
Not sure the meal was worth it,though. :-(

No wind or rain here in Dundee. However, it is pure white with frost; think it's to be -2 tonight and it's absolutely baltic out. Glad to be cosy inside. Hope your meal was good pastafreak.

Oh Lord, Pasta....and you were suggesting I head down south to you....have you not got enough trouble?!

Scary isn't it......I once got suck in flash flooding in the Welland Valley......it's a horrible feeling......glad you're home...
