Not sure if this question should be here, but do you have any ideas what I sure be wearing to my daughters Christening in 10 days time. Don't want to be too formal and wear a Suit & Tie. Thanks all

If you are really uncomfortable wearing a suit and tie then it will show. Smart really is best look for a christening and im sure many guests will be in smart attire.


Perhaps you could wear trousers and smart shirt instead.

I would have thought that a suit and tie was the perfect thing to wear to your daughters christening. Even if we were guests at a christening I would expect Mr Spudqueen to wear a suit and tie.
I agree with spudqueen. As it`s your daughter being christened surely you can "suffer in silence " for one day. I NEVER wear heels or like getting all glamed up, but when my son got married I did. Not for my sake, but theirs. I know your daughter is probably too young to notice now, but she`ll one day see the photos/videos etc.
