You talk slowly but constantly, leaving no 'natural pauses' at the ends of sentences for an opponent or interviewer to butt in.

Nothing wrong with thinking before you speak; it is to be applauded. But if the thinking times is excessive one might conclude that the mind behind it isn't as fast as is ideal. I suspect lack of preparation is part of the issue, having to work out what is asked and what the right response is in "real time". Or maybe she doesn't sleep well.
