Ridiculous!

To cut along story short, my OH has been waiting for a spare key for a car he bought to come through the post by recorded delivery for at least 3 weeks. It had to come all the way from Durham and we live in Gloucestershire. It went to wrong address he found out as was given tracking number by Ford garage. Went to local sorting office for collection and told he couldn't have it! It has to be sent all the way back to Durham at the Ford garage to put in envelope with right address on and sent back here again! Can you imagine his frustration?

Yes I can, how daft is that. If he could prove who he was they should have let him collect it.

Common sense prevails! My OH went back to sorting office earlier and seen someone different. Bloke who seen him yesterday, poked his nose in again ms said he wasn't allowed to have key. A woman supervisor took over and seen sense... My husband has his spare key!!! Yay!!!......
