I follow the comedian Danny Bhoy on Facebook.

Today I got a message saying thank you for all the support. I replied with a thumbs up and carried on about my business.

He was going on about had I been to his shows or seen his DVDs said no but I had watched. Did I really think it was him - said no I didn't.

Then comes the killer line...I need money...in typical Scottish style I said 'aye bolt ya wee chancer' then blocked him.

I'm so cross that some low life can 'pretend' to be someone and think they can trick people into parting with their cash.

I am not surprised you are cross Queenie. Well done you for sussing him out. These people do all sorts of tricks to get money.

I understand some people do fall into these traps but I am so cautious it's unreal.

Yes, mine too, some poor people get conned.

I replied I ain't got none and blocked them.

I instantly shut down my phone, logged out of everything and logged back in.

Just glad my guard was up - like always.

I followed him years back bednobs.

I suspect that in recent days the account has been hacked. I always search and check that it is an Official page and not a fan run one. The language this person was using as well didn't fit in with what was on the page and nor was it the type Danny would use.

I am very cautious when I am on line - I have been hacked myself a few times.
