everyone pulled their weight like the emerg services attended pronto (unlike 2005 London when they found other things to do)
Taxis started ferrying - thinking I am sure from the Indian subcontinent -that if they didnt do it no one would
and as yet unspoken - very efficient triage on the scene- so the worst were taken the soonest

but even so the stories of children having bits blown out of themselves and having to recover.......

As with any such atrocity, there were shocking reports and yes, heart-warming stories of help and aid given.


The following day I cried at my Granddaughter's stoical face as she recounted how her classmate got safely out amongst all the mayhem and screaming.

Relived her little pal was safe of course, but saddened they should know of such horror.
