I mean you are known by a user name only and the contents of further communication need not be disclosed, as I appreciate this in the interest of the study and everyone involved. It is a matter of trust and it might be interesting for anyone having something to do with this artist (descendant, collector, specialist) to share information. I hope there is a kind of (private) message service or indeed another way.

Thanks Eddie, this is helpful indeed and it is in line with some of the historical data concerning his lineage (originally there seem to have been two distinct families 'Worrall' or 'Wyrral' in the distant past, from around 1200 onwards, one of whom lived in or around Liverpool, and people spelled phonetically in those days), so... Of course there is also a small village near Sheffield by the name Worrall.
In fact we have a similar website here in Belgium (where I am from): https:/ /famili enaam.b e/ (you have to enter your 'family name' and can see the distribution). This Worrell claims to have been a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium and Holland BTW, he was a Dutchman but married and lived in Britain for most of his life, in London and Newcastle. I want to get to the bottom of this, that's why I am trying every avenue, even this - admittedly - perhaps less conventional channel, but see - you already gave me a useful tool. Thanks again!
