I was channel hopping - the Scots left it late, but at least created a good few chances along the way - England were inept (at best) and woeful for most of the match. Relying on a (lucky?) boot stuck out by Kane is hardly a recipe for future success.
Couldn't agree with you more, S-D.....yet another 2 hours I'll never get back....they seem to do it in every game, they were absolutely awful tonight and lucky to get the goal in added time. My son and I have been watching in amazement, at their lack of style, creating chances and lack lustre attitude........even Ian Wright said 'not good enough'......
Think I'll support Malta from now on, as one of my favourite countries to visit in Europe, and just a lovely island with friendly people. :-)
Not enough English players getting top class experience in leading Premier League clubs
Clubs not interested in anything but the League and fighting amongst themselves for overseas players
Money
English players are rarely seen in foreign leagues: that I am sure says something, but I am not sure what. I was much happier watching out glorious defeat to Germany. I suspect the rest of the world should hand the Germans the trophy now. If Sebastian Rudy's strike isn't goal of the sesaon it'll be something awesome that tops it
