What Keeps You Young?

Just listening to Feargal Starkey saying he at 59 embarrasses his children by listening to heavy techno music.

I think that my keeping up with technology, music, current affairs (in all spectrums), exercise and socialising helps you to slip into all parts of society. Can't confess to doing all that myself.

So what do you think keeps YOU young?
