Has anyone got experience of this company? They will not give any sort of idea of price over the phone or in their brochure - you have to put up with a salesman in your home, which I think is bad business practice.
But I do like the look of their louvre shutters and your experiences would be helpful.

I think you might be subject to the technique often exposed on programmes like Watchdog, where you just cannot get rid of the salesman/woman, and they stay on and on till they get a deposit from you to take advantage of some deal or other that 'ends today'. Then they ring their superior for a further 'once only' reduction etc etc....
