Can't remember what programme I heard it on recently - it may have been Only Fools On Horses, but are you referring to a quite upbeat song featuring sitar?

If so, it's by Paul Wellar from about 10 years or more ago - (Wellar plays the sitar on it) - don't know the title though I'm afraid.
