Smear Test Wait Times

I had my smear test 5 weeks ago. Hating this wait and wondered if anyone knew if a longer wait means anything?

It means they are busy that's all, can be up to six weeks.

Give them a call if anxious.

It means nothing at all..just the labs are backed up.
