Hi Woodelf - knowing about your vision problem, would contacting the "Disability Answer Desk" be any good?
This links to the main page - https:/ /tinyur l.com/y 8mk5426
Scrolling down gets to a Freephone number for "Windows and Office accessibility support" - 0800 026 0584 - they're open 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday. If they're not exactly who you need, they may be able to point you to the right people.
There are other clickable links on the main page, but without knowing what you need help with, it's hard to point to the right one.
Come back to us if you need to, hope you get sorted soon - smile

Microsoft don't provide direct customer support for their products, other than to business customers who pay a hefty subscription for the service. They simply rely upon people being able to find solutions to problems on their website.
The only exception is for their disability support services. So, if your reason for contacting Microsoft relates to using their products with a visual handicap, you can phone them, free of charge, on 0800 026 0584 from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and from 10am to 6pm at weekends.
Like many major companies though, they don't make an email address publicly available. (That's probably to avoid 'denial of service' attacks on their servers).

Woodelf Microsoft are happy to engage in dialogue with you. I know because I have done it regularly. If you go into settings in the usual way and choose "Update and Security", then scroll down .....Under "Make Windows Better" you will see a sub heading "Give Us Feedback". If you click on that highlighted invitation it will take you to a page that asks, whether your message is feedback or a problem. You will need to sign in before leaving your message, but I can guarantee that Microsoft do respond. It may be worth alerting, them in your message, that you have a restriction that sometimes slows your ability to respond quickly down. Good Luck.
