Did that and it says sky box you need to connect to your broadband router. Choose from the options below to connect wirelessly, or use an Ethernet cable.

ZM's advice works for most problems with Sky. We had some problems on Monday and had an irritating notice about the viewing card. Pulled the plug out as advocated by ZM and, when we switched on again, problem had disappeared. It's our go to solution with Sky.
It's a technical problem that Sky are currently experiencing (and not for the first time). As Z-M indicates though, resetting your Sky box should fix it.
