Air B+B

I have a house in a good area of Belfast. I'm going travelling for 6 months or so and am thinking of asking friends, for half of the returns to look after my house.
Any suggestions?

If you're going away for 6 months or so, you might be better to let your house through an agent for a short let rather than Air B&B where the change over and therefore the work for your friend, and the risk for you is all higher.
