It's something I've even heard of, and no, I would not consider it.

I have heard about people timing a birth to coincide with the tax year, but not astrology.

I think that anybody who plans anything based on astrology....has a screw loose.
Libras and Scorpios would generally do better at school.

No but a friend and partner planned theirs for the summer so he wouldn't miss his team playing football. And ideally it had to miss Wimbledon as well.
between May 21 and June 21 is obviously best if you're planning multiple births. But December 22 to January 19 should be fine for most kids.
However much you plan it doesn’t always happen straight away, some people wait months, weeks or years to conceive.

No, some of it depends on what's in the lap of the potential parents.
After two daughters I read an article about timing conception to try to influence the sex of your baby. Tried it and had my son - probably just coincidence.
