Pine Oil To Help Gastritis?

lyn.......don't get obsessed with fancy diets for your condition, as there is no DIET for your type of gastritis. Just reduce your intake of fruit juices and high fat foods and juggle with your diet, that doesn't make your symptoms worse.....trial and error.....but don't get OTT with "specifics."

I guess that you were negative to H.pylori.

Lyn...my OH has a stomach ulcer. He avoids fruit juices but that's about it. He's on the same medication as you but as his diet has changed quite a bit over the years he no longer needs to take it daily.

He eats a very varied diet and nothing is really out of bounds anymore.

It takes time for your stomach to recover from gastritis, just avoid acidic foods until you are less delicate.
