With all the resources that this club has available, why is it languishing at the bottom of the Division One Table?

Is there something rotten within?

Someone has to be bottom at any point in time. Durham and Lancs were among the top divsion one sides but a bad run of form, plus bad luck with the weather and loss of key players can push a club to the bottom and lead to relegation. At least you could say they are in the top 50% of first class sides
I've just checked the table- and they are a lot further behind than i though so maybe there is an issue this year
A good history I grant you but today if it wasn't for the magnificent Trent Bridge ground NCCC would be no more significant in county cricket than eg Derbyshire

Yet another loss for Nottinghamshire this week by a very depleted Surrey team. What's going on?
simple - they are crap - relegate them for a team like Devon&Cornwall.
