RIP PC Harper. My thoughts are with his family, friends & colleagues. I can't see a mention of vehicles being directly involved in his death in either of the reports linked to or in a couple of others I've looked at. Is there one that does, please? I'll reserve further comment until more facts are released - hopefully one or more of the 10 arrested will provide...
