Samsung Support. How highly can I praise them?
The TV was bought 8 years ago - still suits us well, so haven't bought a new one. And yet the support worker (Ramai) was charming, efficient, stayed on the chat-line for over 45 minutes, took control of the TV remotely, and finally sorted out the problem (mainly caused by me not having the ethernet cable connecting the TV to the Router plugged in...)
Wonderful service. Whatever we buy in future, it'll be a Samsung!
