since drinking 2 litres of water a day for 3 - 4 weeks i realise i no longer suffer from cramp, sleep soundly all night long and irritable bowel type syptoms(although ive never been to doctor to get it diagnosed) have pretty much disappeared. This week ive been out of routine with my water and havent had a good nights sleep for few nights and the other syptoms are returning. Is this coincidence??? Or does the water really do me a lot of good??
In general, a well-hydrated bod works much better than a thirsty one, so I'd think that the water intake has a fair bit to do with the improvement in your general health. The only way to test it out is to get back into your watery routine and see if the situation improves again. I have to say, I only feel 'right' when I drink loads of liquid (mostly water, peppermint tea and proper loose leaf green or white tea).
