I’ve been “talking”(ie established its more than a friendship but just kinda getting to know each other) with a guy I go to college with all day, every day for the past 3 months( though we met 4 months ago the first one was kinda on and off). I’m starting to see a real future with him and he’s never communicated any feelings for me. How do I initiate a conversation with him about where he’s at and what he wants out of it in a subtle/casual/flirty/fun way? I don’t want him to think he needs to ask me to be his gf or anything I just don’t want to get too invested with someone who I don’t even know where his head is at.

It's the 21st century, you don't have to wait for him to ask. Just ask him if he wants to go on a proper date sometime, and take it from there.
