I had a coach trip booked to Germany for August but on 20th March I sent a hand written letter to the Company cancelling it. However since then Lockdown started and their offices have closed . I am now not sure what to do, shall I contact them by phone or E Mail to confirm cancellation. I don;t really want to wait until balance is due (middle of June) as I don;t really want an alternative offer for either later this year. or next year./ I was quite prepared to lose the deposit Any suggestions
Send the company an email. If you don't get a response within a few days, try telephoning the office. Don't be discouraged if you can't get through on the phone; try ringing out of normal office hours.
