In your browser enter 192.168.0.1 and then log in with the id admin and the default password which should be somewhere on the router (you should change this password as well)

Type 192.168.0.1 into your web browser's address bar, hit 'Enter' and work from there.

PS: It's often best to connect your PC to your router with an Ethernet cable before mucking about with the SSID and password settings. Otherwise (if you're connecting to it solely by wifi) you'll lose your connection to the router as soon as you confirm the new settings, leaving you unable to properly exit the settings page.
