Lockdown don't stop you exercising /walking if you're legs/feet still go one in front of the other.
I walk everyday for 45 minutes. It's not shifting the weight! :-(

I walk too Sharon with Lola
Eat less, or different, walk for longer and faster.
A 45 minute walk, depending on speed and the person's weight, doesn't burn all that many calories: unless you're on a diet, it'll probably make little difference
Exercise has been shown not to help with weight loss. Helps you feel good though,
Yes a little bit, like Pasta A four pound flux currently on the up, I don't have a sweet tooth (Apart from pack of jaffa cakes I've just tucked away) Its alcohol consumption has risen and lack of exercise.
Exercise tones the muscles. You'll burn more calories 'at rest' with toned muscles. You'll also look slimmer even if the scales stay the same.
muscle is also more dense than fat... a cubic inch of muscle weighs more than acubic inch of fat
