Just scrolling down my app settings, I have 98 apps on there! I probably only know what six of them are for. How do I know what I need and what I can delete, are they taking up lots of space? I am not at all technical as you can tell.

if you go to settings battery adn device care you can see how much storaqe is used by apps, video, images etc. You can click trough to individual apps to uninstall.. If you don't recognise a lot of apps they are probably related to phone function and won't be that large. usually if it came with the phone or is required you won't be able to uninstall it anyway, so...
