Is it possible to take voluntary redundancy twice with the same company?
I took it in June 2017 then was offered the same job back with the same company in Nov 2019.
They're now offering it again, so just wondered if I'd be eligible.
Thanks in advance

Yes, why not?
Yeh but you wont get a fat lot for only 2 years me old china.
There was something about not re-hiring people who'd take voluntary redundancy but that may have applied just to the Civil Service. It seems to happen a lot for top jobs in the NHS & Local Govt.!
I volunteered for redundancy in april 91.i was offered my old job back 4 months later.
The Civil Service can re-employ folk who have taken voluntary redundancy.

I know of folk who have taken jobs two grades below their previous position.
VR was popular in the 90s till they realised that anyone any good will take it and get another job so they are left with the dross! I was a contractor in Barclays 1995, they had VR and a lot went so instead of the initial 6 months I was there for 4 years!
