Android 11 On Samsung Galaxy Tab A Sm-T510?
3 Answers
Since Samsung updated my tablet to Android 11 the other day, the majority of apps I use will no longer work, when I go to the play store & do check for updates I get nothing, just the circle thing going round and round, I have deleted and reinstalled a few of the apps but the same thing happens they just don't work - any ideas? Thank you

(A soft reset just simulates turning the tablet off, removing the battery, replacing it and powering up again. It doesn't do anything potentially nasty, so its perfectly safe). To do so, hold the Power and Volume Down buttons down together until the reset commences (which could take up to 45 seconds).
If that doesn't sort the problem out, try calling Samsung UK support on 0333 000 0333. Calls are charged at the same rate as those to 01 and 02 numbers are, from both landlines and mobiles. That means that if you've got spare 'included minutes' on your mobile phone, the call will be free. Lines are open until 10pm this evening.

Thanks for your help, I have ended up buying a new tablet, Samsung looked at my tablet using remote access, they said the problem is with Google and Google apps, I got I touch with Google who said the issue is with the tablet and go back to Samsung, so I've given up. I whiped the tablet and tried to return it to its original factory settings but it still installs Android 11, I will be wary of updates with the new one.
