Urgent Ctap Op

After a few days in hospital with symptomatic anaemia, Hb level of 57, I was discharged yesterday and on the discharge notes it said to be followed up in anaemia clinic and have urgent CTAP OP.
Could anyone enlighten me please.

I really wanted to know what was involved in the procedure after already having the cameras "up", "down" and through my nose into my throat. I understand they were needed to search for where the blood may be going.

Wuss away, ferlew, I, for one, will not blame you for that. I think hospitals are much better these days for putting patients at ease when undergoing invasive testing, thank God.
I still remember fondly the kind Sister who rubbed my back throughout my gastroscopy as I elected to have it without any anaesthetic. It was just mind over matter for me.
