Thank you both
I always use 03442414141 and, because I am a long time customer, I usually get through quite quickly. If you say you are thinking of leaving Sky, as you can no longer afford it, they ought to give you a good offer.

I’m in a contract till Oct.22 Margaret anc I’m a diamond member ( over 30 yrs) sadly I was unlucky enough to get a very bored girl who just kept saying I was in a contract with them and if I wanted to reduce it Why did I take it on( haha) I replied that when I did, utilities weren’t going up at an alarming rate, no joy there :0)))
I have one bobbs. I ll get it in a minute

I’ve rang them JJ, no joy at all but thank you anyway
TRy ringing them on a different number, 03330 156 197, or if you used that number try another one.Maybe a different person will be more helpful.
hi Bobbs - I had great diffs with getting SkyQ with emails not being responded to - I then got a good email from the customer manager (I think) - this is the number

03442 410 333

Andreena is her name if she is still there. Anyway if you get through to this number and it is not right - they can give you the correct one. Good luck Bobbs and rememeber to let us know.
When you call them there is a menu to choose and one of them is 'I'm thinking of leaving'. When you choose that you get onto a dedicated line where they have been trained to stop you leaving. I know this because ours went up to £80 a few months ago and by calling them I got it down to £55. I can only assume you chose the wrong option and suggest you try again. 0333 7591 018
Were you under contract though APG?
I did the same apg, and even though I apparently had 5 months left on an agreement, I didn't know about- they still reduced it. And then i left.
Redhelen: I was coming to the end of the contract, that's why they wanted to up my subscription. I just said I was going with BT and they did me a good deal. I have in the past asked to change my subscription details because it was getting too pricey, and again, they did me a deal by cancelling the current subscription and starting another at a lower price. Frankly I don't believe Sky could not care a less, because they get intense training in keeping customers. Hopefully the OP will get back to us having had such sterling advice lol!
Sky had a bit of a monopoly for a while... until Netflix and Prime arrived. Now, they literally will agree to anything to keep you, so don't take any... chaff... x
Wow! A diamond member, wish I was.
I was, teacake- doesn't mean much.
It normally means, yep we can rip them off again :0)
