As these keep popping up from new members, is it not possible to monitor every new member's first few posts to ensure they don't slip through the net?

Ed please do something about them - I know you can ignore them but by the time you have read the title of the post and then looked at the question to see if anyone has posted a humorous comment that is another 30 seconds of my life wasted that I will never get back.
