Qualcast Hedge Trimmer Spares??

It seems almost impossible to get to speak to someone who can locate a spare part for my 480 Qualcast hedge trimmer!1 The latest firm i contacted referred me to ARGOS so no luck there Has anyone been able to access parts please ??

Qualcast products are (or, at least, were) manufactured just up the road from me, in Stowmarket, by Bosch. Further, a quick look at the Intellectual Property website shows that Bosch are still the holders of the 'Qualcast' trademark for hedge trimmers.

However several manufacturers (across a wide range of products) now have agreements to sell some of their ranges exclusively through Argos, with all customer enquiries then being handled directly by Argos, rather than by the manufacturers. So, regrettably, as you've already tried Argos, you might hit a brick wall with Bosch. It still seems to be worth a try though.
