Never understood these. What's wrong with sandwiches and fruit when you go out? Do we really need to barbeque on every occasion? Have to say that we are not a barbeque loving family.
The law of unintended consequences means that, firstly, people will now be more aware of disposable barbeques and, secondly, that they will go out of their way to acquire them from other stores or the net.
You mean they'll shop elsewhere, that's called the market.
If Tesco have stopped selling them it must have just happened. Was in there yesterday and they were on sale then right at the entrance to the shop.
There is a hardware shop on Pudding Lane where you can still buy them :-)
Dear Gromit, Is this not to tempt providence. BBQ and Pudding Lane... Let's hope history does not repeat itself.
