If you qualify for the full new State Pension, this will rise to £203.85 a week which represents an increase of £18.70.
If you are entitled to a full (older) basic State Pension, this will increase by £14.35 a week so you would receive £156.20.
In the event you're not entitled to these full amounts, then calculate 10.1% of the weekly amount you receive currently.
As a near accurate guide, let's suppose you draw £112.56 in pension every week or £450.24 every 4 weeks, then move the decimal point one place to the left. Thus your weekly or 4 weekly increase would amount to £11.25 or £45.02 respectively.
Hope this helps :-)
