anyone know where you can buy anti surveillance technologies such as personal audio jammers. The whole police state in this country scares me and i'm strongly thinking about making preparations

Anything you can buy on the domestic market will be no match for government agencies.

But unless you live a particularly interesting, racy life in the dark underworld or are a key play in terrorism, I think you are being a tad paranoid.

If anybody tapped my phone calls and internet activity they would die of boredom.

I couldn't find out whether they deliver to the UK though, but i'd imagine one of the many similar stores would.

Ethel is right though. Agencies don't have the personnel to start tapping any old person. They also need a warrant, which i'd imagine can only be obtained with evidence, to tap someone. This warrant has to be signed by the home secretary. You're quite safe for now.
