My first and it will be my last experience of them:
a) Switched to their service Nov 05, on a 3 month cash back deal
b) No bill revceived after month 2
c) Made over 20 attempts to sort this out, letters, emails, phone calls
Now there expensive 0870 (8p a minute service) cuts me off as I don't have a customer PIN number, which was sent to me with my bill..........
Tell me I'm not alone!!!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.which? magazine tells me they've had so many complaints abt talktalk they're thinking of doing a piece. i signed up in may, largely on the promise of a vastly faster connection to broadband. it's now december and they tell me it will be at least march before anything happens in this direction. i call this false pretences because nothing was mentioned at the start abt delays. what seems to have happened is that carphone warehouse, in its eagerness to expand and take on the big boys, jumped in with both feet without doing the necessary homework. ye proverbial chickens now are coming home to roost with a vengeance. i'm going back to tiscali at the first opportunity. so, no, time2fly, you are NOT alone!!!
