If he has inherited the property and you have no financial interest or share in it, I think the sad answer is that you probably have no legal right to continued occupation. However, it seems a pretty uncharitable thing to do to a family member so soon after a bereavement. You can always consult a solicitor if you feel your mother's Will was made under undue influence but challenging this in court would be a very long and expensive business with no guarantee of success. I suggest you visit your local Council's Housing Department with a copy of the eviction order to see whether they can rehouse you.
