Huge Delay in seeing replies being posted

When answering a question, it doesnt appear in the thread for ages (though is there in my profile under the Questions I replied to heading straight away)

Anyone else having the same "problem"

make sure you are refreshing the page, not using the back button - i've done that before.

I have no problem posting answers but there is definitely a long delay before posted questions appear. It is catching out several greenies who think it is lost and so repost the question finishing up with a duplicate.
