Unfortunately we now live in a world where people think they can get along without doing any work themselves.

The answer however, is obvious. At your interview tell them the challenges are that they are a bunch of thieving shysters. The opportunity for the organisation is to continue to rip us off while paying pennies for call centre staff in Bombay
