how do i turn off the annoying beep it makes everytime ?

If you mean the beep when it boots this is an essential part of the POST function. if it comes from an internal speaker earth yourself first by touching the metal case, remove the side of the case and disconnect the speaker wire from the motherboard - turn off at the switch on the mains socket first - but leave plugged in to mainatin an earth conection
