how many bloody midge's are there this year?
only went out in the back garden for a sly fag and lost 3 pint's of blood..... i counted 56428769288 on just one arm. is it the same everywhere???

Yeah, we've had loads this year, due to the damp summer (ideal breeding conditions for the wee darlings!!) Thank god for swallows & house martins - they eat tons of them!!

I agree there are soden loads of the things, the dogs are doing cartwheels trying to eat them before they eat the dogs, fly spray does not seam to kill them, where are they coming from anyway? lawn?

yeah theyre running round the scottish hills in droves, you must be a tasty bite lol

as momalito said, Skin so Soft (orignal) seems to keep them away
