It sounds like RSI. (Repetitive Strain Injury) which is very common in people using computers. It can affect your upper back, arms, wrists and hands in various ways. Have a word with your tutor about the way you are working with your mouse. There are various types of mice(?) and mouse mats you can use and your keyboard should be at exactly the right height and angle for you.
It would be advisable also to see your doctor. You may need to rest your hand for a few weeks.
