i am 14 years old i want to get my hair permed,will it damage my hair?

The chemical will change the structure of the hair that is permed, that's the whole point, and it can't be un-done. I guess you could call that "damaged" but if it's done right it looks nice. The perm will not affect your hair follicles that your hair grows from, so your hair will continue to grow out healthy. So even if something goes wrong with the perm and you look like a steel wool pad, it's not truly permanent damage.
I would advise against getting your hair permed at such a young age as once it is done you will most likely regret and it buy some hair straighteners in a couple of months/years!
Don't do it, i got mine permed when i was 13 and i had to get it cut completely short coz it just ruined my hair. It takes a lot of looking after as well, not good when you can't be bothered to get up, wash it, mousse it and diffuse it before school each morning!
