Hi All
I live in central England and I have noticed in the last few weeks how many midges there seems to be at the moment.
I can never remember a time when there was so many. Is there any reason for this amount?

There was an item on the news just last week that someone has found a solution to the Scottish midge problem. Looks like they've all been exported / exiled.

I assume it's because we no longer get cold winters that kill them off.
