it just happened again, its called "perfect nav" there is also a red error message at the top of AB when i return to it?

Perfect Nav is a particularly nasty browser hijacker that is quite hard to deal with. To fix the problem though, follow the instructions for doing so manualy at http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/perfectnav/index.phtml

Alternatively alternatively, use mozilla firefox as a browser 'cos I believe this (and most other nasties) generally only go after M$s contributions to the world wide wait.
