I can understand why your worried Emma. Go and see you Doctor. They are very understanding and it better to get it sorted rather than leave it.
I had something similar a few years back and felt very scared. But I went to my GP and he reasurred me that it was probably just hormonal. He sent me for a check up at the hosital just to be sure.
After seeing the Dr. there he confirmed it was just 'the hormones'! Since then I have been fine thankfully.
