there's a reason why television, sports and strong drinks exist, - it's so that otherwise intelligent life forms (dogs, cats, chinchillas and humans) can occasionaly see strong men or women run around in circles in order to win small pieces of metal. These mythical events happen in 4 year cycles (no pun intended) and have the therapuetic effect of making us sane people think 'there but for the grace of sue barker...'
