Your house will have been recorded on the 1901, 1891, 1881, 1871, 1861,1851,1841 census and possibly on the 31,21,11,and 01, well only the owner not the full household on the earlier ones but they are rarely extant.
Also, there may be pictures available in your local; reference library if it is a street that at any time was the subject of rejuvenation.
If you can get to your CRO, (County Record Office) you will find the Tithe Maps for about 1854 which will list who owned the property and who rented it and also show it on a detailed good scale map.
You can look at the OS maops on your local reference library, the 6" to the mile are excellent and will show the development of the area from around 1841 up to 1901 and beyond , yoiu will be able to spot the growth of the town/area ref industry and railways, canals etc.
This century apart from maps you could check the Electoral rolls or town directories for occupants during the early 1900s, also rate books may survive and be in your local library.
